Bale arm bins are plastic distribution bins with movable stacking brackets, specifically designed for internal transport and logistics processes. The brackets allow the bins to be stacked stably when filled and nested when empty for return. This saves space during storage and transport.
Handle bins are used for moving, collecting, and distributing goods within logistics chains. They are suitable for order picking, internal transport, and return flows. Due to their shape and stackability, products remain organized and easy to handle. This makes them practical for warehouses, distribution centers, and retail environments.
Industrial bale arm bins
These bale arm bins are made of HDPE and have straight walls, but are still perfectly nestable. Due to the steep walls and the strong steel stacking brackets, they can handle a large stacking load, making them suitable for heavy products. The internal dimensions are very large compared to other bins with similar external dimensions, so that the available volume is optimally used and hardly any space is lost during transport. The brackets act as ergonomic handles, eliminating the need for external handles.
The flat walls make the bale arm bins easy to clean and because we supply them with food-safe HDPE as standard, they can be used in food/pharmaceutical environments. The containers are supplied with steel stacking brackets as standard, but on request they can also be supplied with stainless steel brackets.
